The claim

Upload AI images to Adobe Stock and earn passive royalties.

Was hot in 2023–24; now mostly contributor complaints about falling sales, with little new buzz.

How we checked

What the evidence shows

Adobe Stock accepts labelled AI images, and some contributors with large, well-keyworded portfolios earn steady small amounts. But AI has flooded the library (reportedly close to half of all images) and contributors report sharp download drops in 2025–26, so each image earns very little. It rewards volume, good keywording and spotting gaps in demand, not one-off uploads.

Realistic earnings: Roughly £0–£30 a month after several hundred accepted images; per-download pay is under a pound.

Limitations

Earnings ranges are typical outcomes for a beginner, drawn from the sources; some people do far better or worse. Platform rules change often, so check the latest policy before you start.

VerdictWorks with limits

Works for some, not most.
