What the evidence shows
US regulators list 'Use AI to pick guaranteed stock winners' as a classic fraud pitch, and have punished firms for exaggerating their AI. In January 2024 the SEC, NASAA and FINRA warned that claims of high guaranteed returns with little risk are classic warning signs. In March 2024 the SEC fined Delphia $225,000 and Global Predictions $175,000 for false or misleading claims about using AI. In the UK, the FCA says promoting financial products without authorisation could be a criminal offence.
Realistic earnings: No source shows AI stock-pick services reliably beating the market; check any provider is regulated before paying or investing.
Limitations
Earnings ranges are typical outcomes for a beginner, drawn from the sources; some people do far better or worse. Platform rules change often, so check the latest policy before you start.
