The claim
Get paid daily just for chatting with or rating AI apps..
Task scams remain one of the fastest-growing kinds of job fraud, and 'AI rating' and 'AI testing' are common disguises.
How we checked
This is an evidence check, not a hands-on test. We reviewed platform rules and policies, published earnings data, regulator warnings and reporting: 3 sources, listed below.
Costs
- Start-up cost
- £0 if it's genuine; scams end up asking for deposits
- Effort
- low
What the evidence shows
Offers that arrive by text, WhatsApp or Telegram for simple paid 'rating' tasks usually follow the task-scam pattern. They pay small amounts at first, then ask you to deposit money, often crypto, to unlock bigger earnings. Real AI-chat work exists only through vetted annotation platforms, and those never charge you to start.
Realistic earnings: With genuine platforms, small and irregular pay; with unsolicited 'task' apps, typical losses run from hundreds to thousands of pounds.
Limitations
Earnings ranges are typical outcomes for a beginner, drawn from the sources; some people do far better or worse. Platform rules change often, so check the latest policy before you start.
Usually costs more than it earns.
